Me: Alright, some dude named Yusmerio Petit is pitching, with a 6.75 ERA. What do you think, five scoreless innings? Six?
Matt: Haha.
Me: Nonono, seriously, I’ll say… seven innings, one earned run.
Matt: Ok.
Serves me right for being optimistic.
